The seats only rise 19mm. Rotates gently and quietly. You don't need to recline the seat to rotate. In the driving position, it is very stable and firmly locked. They are made of laser-cut high-quality 5mm. DD11, S355MC structural steel, tightened with M10 10.9-grade screws, painted with solid powder paint. The locking handle is made of stainless steel.
